Brad Taylor

Based in Dubai since 1994, Brad is best known as the co-founder and former CEO of Workz Group and as the founder and Managing Partner of DUSU Holdings. He began his career in the United States telecommunications industry, moved to Europe in 1991 and then to Dubai, where he helped build businesses serving mobile network operators, manufacturers and distribution partners across international markets.

Working with long-standing business partners and colleagues, Brad helped develop the operations that became Workz from a regional telecommunications logistics and manufacturing business into a global provider of SIM, eSIM and secure connectivity solutions. Workz served more than 100 mobile network operators across over 70 countries and successfully navigated the industry’s transition from handset distribution and physical telecommunications products to secure personalization and cloud-based eSIM technology. The company was acquired by Trasna in 2024.

His experience encompasses business formation, international expansion, manufacturing and supply-chain operations, strategic partnerships, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and cross-border transactions. His approach is practical and operator-led: identify the underlying commercial issue, place capable people in clearly defined roles, build systems that can scale and adapt before changing markets force the decision.

Following the Workz acquisition, Brad turned his primary attention to DUSU Holdings, the Taylor family’s private investment platform. DUSU allocates long-duration family capital across the United States, United Kingdom and United Arab Emirates, with interests in real estate, public markets, private businesses and technology. His investment philosophy draws directly from operating experience and emphasizes disciplined underwriting, appropriate liquidity, conservative leverage, sound governance, integrity and long-term compounding.

Brad writes about entrepreneurship, international business, technology, governance, ownership and generational stewardship. A Florida native, he attended The Bolles School and the University of Mississippi before earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Florida in 1982. Today, his principal professional focus is the stewardship of family capital through DUSU Holdings.
